Real Investment Analytics Pty Ltd (RIA) was founded in January 2017 by Anthony De Francesco. The business is based in Sydney.
The RIA business is underpinned by three pillars:
1. An ambassador for real asset investing
2. Providing a platform for non-listed investments
3. Be the leading analytical service for “real asset” investments
PEOPLE
Anthony has over fifteen years experience in various research roles. The Research functions generally involved: developing house views and undertaking strategic research on real asset markets on a global scale; product development and business development.
Anthony has held a variety of roles that included:

Executive Director, Head of Coverage for APAC Real Estate (mid 2015-December 2016).

Executive Director, Head of Products: Infrastructure and Sustainability, MSCI (2014-2015).

Managing Director, IPD Australia (2009-2014).
